Frequently asked questions
How do I order a name in letters?
Order one letter per character in your size and colour, then tell us the name in the notes box so we can double-check the spelling and count.
Do the letters stand up on their own?
Yes. Every letter has a flat base and stands without fixings.
What's a fillable letter?
A hollow letter with a top opening, from 15mm to 35mm deep. Customers fill them with sweets, money, photos or fairy lights.
Can I match a colour to my room?
Most ranges offer black, white and metallics, and we take custom colour requests — just message us before ordering.
Can I return letters?
Personalised names can't be returned because they're made for you. Standard letters are covered by our 30-day returns policy.
